COVID-19 has affected delivery dates as many postal services we use are running slower than normal. Please contact us if you believe your package is lost in the mail but understand that many timelines are currently delayed.

Much of the collection is small batch or made to order. Please expect up to one week of processing between your order date and a shipping date, any delays will be swiftly communicated.
International orders ship via standard postal services and can take a minimum of 7-21 days to arrive. Expedited international shipping quotes are available upon request.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused product within 30 days of receipt. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment less shipping costs. Custom-made items cannot be returned.
ExchangesWe want you to be happy with your purchase. Exchanges can be made on any as-new items. Custom dyed items are inherently unique, but may be exchanged once for a result that might better suit your needs.
We believe in our product, and want you to enjoy it for as long as you like! In the event your item needs repairs to any seam please send us an email and if can be done we’ll make it happen at no charge.
